The flagship of Périgord gastronomy, foie gras is a benchmark for a refined and convivial table. It will go perfectly with the delicious local products present in the Isle Valley. Many producers process and sell canned foods or fresh produce directly at the farm.

Maison Bérano in Grignols offers you different products: foie gras, pâté, conserve, stuffed necks, grillons,  prepared foods based on force-fed ducks and cooked on the farm according to traditional know-how.

Some producers are also present on local markets such as GAEC des Oliviers or Benoît Escurpeyrat from St Sauveur Lalande.

They are waiting for you all on their farm for an original, delicious and instructive meeting.
