Since 1868, a delicious cheese matures in the stone vault cellars: the “Trappe Echourgnac”. At the abbey shop, you will also find fruit jellies, jam refined by the nuns, religious books, and many monastic crafts.
In the Abbey of « La Trappe » in Echourgnac, you can find a
cheese, which recipe was developped by monks founders, recently
improved: the famous « Trappe Echourgnac refined with liqueur nuts”.
